SEGMENT 1 REQUIREMENTS: 24 hours of classroom instruction 6 hours of Behind-The-Wheel Training with 4 hours of observation. Pass 80 question state exam (70% passing score). Download TEEN SEGMENT 1 CONTRACT, and BEHIND-THE-WHEEL TRAINING CONTRACT from the RESOURCES tab and complete. ENROLLMENT DAY to bring in birth certificate or passport and pick up class materials. PARENTS MUST BRING IN PICTURE IDENTIFICATION. Sunday, October 4, 2026. 9a - 10:30a 20490 Harper Avenue, Harper Woods, MI 48225 Park in the parking lot. Enter through rear door. 6 DRIVE DATES: Saturdays and Sundays. October 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 25. Drive time will begin at 8:00 a.m. and run every hour depending on the number of students enrolled. Upon enrollment, you will receive a link to select your drive time. PLEASE NOTE: Drive dates are non-negotiable. Students must attend each drive (state requirement). Clear your schedule for this process to avoid additional costs. Otherwise, the driver instructor will charge $50 for each drive outside of the dates above. Students will have the option to attend either the AM or PM class session daily. This flexible scheduling will allow the student maintain 100% attendance to avoid a $35 fee for each missed class sessions.
